Returns
This is the official legal return policy, but look, it's guaranteed for life. If you have a reasonable problem with any Idea Mountain product, we will make it right. Just get in contact.
To make a return request for money (if you're in the U.S.), email info@ideamountain dot com and explain your situation.
If you’re in the U.S., you’ve got a 90-day change-of-mind return window on all orders. If you receive your gear and decide it isn’t right for you, you can return it as-new for a full refund (including the original shipping cost). As a small business, we ask for a $15 contribution to help cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.
When we receive your return and confirm that the gear is in as-new condition, we’ll process your refund, minus the $15 restocking contribution.
(Change-of-mind returns outside the U.S. aren’t currently available – sorry! The cost of shipping gear back to our international hub is too high to make it workable for either side.)
