Let's talk about toiletries kits

So, are you a 'dump it all in' toiletries kit person, or a 'have a perfect spot for everything' toiletries kit person?  I have to admit, I'm a dump-it-in guy.  Plus, because of my *fabulous* haircut (that is, no hair) I don't have to worry about a lot of extra hair care products, so that keeps my kit pretty simple.
